Torque Transfer Standards
To use an element of the measurement chain, you need an estimation of the measurement error of that element.
This applies for a transducer and a standard machine as well as for measurement device. For the estimation
of the measurement error that element has to be calibrated.
The calibration of a standard machine usually takes place at its site. For that purpose you use
especially fabricated reference transducers, called transfer standards. Their main features are high
precision and invulnerability to influences of the environment.
For the calibration of torque standard machines we offer
torque transfer standards and for
the calibration of torque wrenches
torque transfer wrenches.
