Calibration Procedures
DKD Calibrations
DIN EN ISO 376 (force), ASTM E74 (force), DIN 51309 (torque),
DKD-R 3-7 (torque transfer wrenches)
These calibration procedures consist of several measuring sequences with increasing and decreasing load
with at least eight load steps and with rotation of the transducer around its axis between the sequences.
The DKD calibration certificate contains a calculation of the measurement uncertainty and a classification of
the calibrated device.
Works calibration in accordance with the standard
Force, torque
These calibration procedures consist of several measuring sequences with increasing and decreasing load
with at least eight load steps and with rotation of the transducer around its axis between the sequences.
The works calibration certificate contains a calculation of the measurement uncertainty and a classification of
the calibrated device.
Simplified works calibration
Force, torque
Simplified works calibration consists of three pre-loads of the device to be calibrated, two
measuring sequences with increasing and a third measuring sequence with increasing and decreasing load,
in five steps. No rotation of the calibrated device around its axis is included! The readings are given
in addition to a calculation of the measuring uncertainty including an estimate of further quantities of error.
Prüfzeugnisse
Force, torque
Prüfzeugnis umfasst eine Vorbelastung des Kalibriergegenstandes und eine Messreihe mit zwei
Laststufen in be- und entlastender Richtung. Es werden die Messwerte ohne Messunsicherheitsberechnung angegeben.
consists of a pre-load and a measuring sequence with increasing and decreasing load with two steps.
The certificate gives the measuring values without calculation of the measurement uncertainty.
