Force Standard Machines

To calibrate a transducer you need a standard machine to load it. Depending on requirements and measuring range we recommend the following standard machines:
  • Deadweight
    A variable mass stack loads the transducer directly with tension or compression force.
  • Deadweight and lever
    A variable mass stack loads the transducer via a lever of constant length with tension or compression force.
  • Jockey weight
    A constant mass movable on the lever loads the transducer via the lever with tension or compression force.
  • Hydraulic
    The force is hydraulicly produced and controlled by a reference transducer.
