Multi Component Measuring Amplifier MCM
Metrological tool for the acquisition of up to 12 DMS-signals
Developed to handle the measurement data of the wheel load sensor
and the bolt friction sensor
Features:
- Snychronous acquisition of all transducer signals simultaneously in 3.2 μs
- Nominal load of each transducer channel adjustable
- Correction matrix and mathematical isolation of the crosstalk errors in multi-component tranducers
by linear, square and cubic coefficients
- Import of the characteristic values possible from disc without manual input
- Unit-compatible conversion
- Taring (may be switched off)
- Manual recalibration of the PC-DMS possible
The MCM is available in three versions (19"-rack-PC each):
- with 1 PC-DMS, 1 cartridge and the software for working with the
bolt friction sensor (3 channels)
- with 1 PC-DMS, 2 cartridges, 1 analogue and 1 digital output and the software for working with the
wheel load sensor (6 channels)
- with 2 PC-DMS, 4 cartridges, 2 analogue and 1 digital output and the software for working with the
wheel load sensor (12 channels)
