Change in management - GTM starts the future with dual leadership

Michael Kadziela, who shaped GTM as Managing Director for five years, has handed over the role to Marcel Richter and Paul Zolnierek - two leaders from within the company.

Success story, cultural change and new perspectives

Michael Kadziela has led GTM through challenging times such as the pandemic and laid the foundations for sustainable growth. In addition to an increase in orders of over 10% in recent years, his track record includes the digitalization of central processes and the establishment of an open, value-oriented corporate culture.

“I am convinced that Marcel and Paul will continue on the chosen path with full strength and commitment,” says Michael Kadziela. “We have set the course for the future together, and I know that GTM is in good hands with these two.”

New management from within the company

Marcel Richter was most recently in charge of product management, marketing and customer success at GTM, while Paul Zolnierek was responsible for research and development for sensors and electronics. Both were already closely involved in strategic development - and are now jointly taking on responsibility for the future of GTM. “We are very pleased to continue the successful course of change together and to consistently develop GTM further,” says Paul Zolnierek. Marcel Richter adds: “Our employees are the focus of our attention - we are shaping the future together with their expertise.”

The new management sets clear priorities: The market share in the force, torque and multi-axis transducer sector is to be further expanded. At the same time, particular attention will be paid to the growing calibration sector and the expansion of innovative metrology solutions.

A golden force transducer as a farewell gift

GTM accompanied the change in management not only with strategy, but also with warmth: A festive farewell event for Michael Kadziela took place on the company premises in sunny spring weather. The team was treated to a fresh barbecue and the outdoor area was transformed into a place for conversations, memories and new perspectives. In personal words, both the old and the new management paid tribute to their shared journey - and presented a special memento as a symbolic thank you: a golden force transducer.

A look into the future

With the change at the top, new ideas and proven expertise, GTM is in an excellent position for the coming years. The journey continues - with a spirit of innovation, team spirit and a clear focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
