Strong order situation and growth

Demand for our innovative products, solutions and services remained high and even increased further. Despite the tense economic situation in Germany and internationally, we were able to significantly increase our order intake. Our K series force transducers were particularly successful, recording a record increase in sales figures. Two major orders also deserve special mention: five measuring systems with a total value of EUR 5.3 million and a project for 144 RF series high-load transducers worth EUR 2.8 million. It is worth mentioning that we were the only manufacturer to meet the required specifications.

New sales partners and internal optimizations

In Turkey and India, we have gained two new distributors, RMC and Eltek, to support the sale of our products. However, our commercial success is also primarily due to the optimization of internal processes. Together with the Center for Industrial Productivity (CIP) of the Technical University of Darmstadt, we have increased our efficiency and productivity through proven concepts such as Kanban. The introduction of a modern CRM system, Salesforce, is imminent and will lead to further improvements. The restructuring of the product architecture with new article numbers (KTN-P series, KTN-ZD, M series) and a simplified ordering process is also contributing to the successes.

Awards and trade fairs

The successes achieved were confirmed by winning the ZwickRoell Operational Excellence Award 2024. Our presence at three trade fairs, where our colleagues gave two presentations, also met with a positive response. Further details can be found here.

Team growth, team building and sustainability

Our Kräftemesser team grew with seven new colleagues in the areas of development, production and logistics - continuing the growth trend of recent years. Joint events such as the Merck Run, KidsDay and our Christmas party strengthened team spirit and made a positive contribution to the excellent working atmosphere. The photovoltaic system installed at the end of 2023 proved its worth and produced over 66,000 kWh of solar power in 2024, which is used entirely for our own needs.

Construction projects

Our development team moved into its new office space over the course of the year. The construction of our modern common rooms also began and we are eagerly awaiting their completion.
