1. Identification of requirements
With us, you are immediately in contact with our developers. Together you will have an initial, brief discussion. What requirements must the OEM sensor meet, what are the environmental conditions, what functions and which connections are required? This is where we clarify your exact requirements. We analyze the initial situation with the help of your own technical drawings.
2. Design & development
Our developers then start designing your sensor. We stay in contact with you for coordination purposes. As soon as the design for the prototype is ready, you will receive our recommended solution including a cost estimate and target price.
3. Testing
The test phase for your OEM prototype is already underway! We verify under real conditions whether the sensor fulfills the required specifications and functions - even on your premises! If the tests are successful and you are satisfied, production starts.
4. Series production
Done - your OEM sensor goes into production!
