Torque Transfer Wrench for Traceability and Calibration of Torque Wrench Calibration Equipment from 2 N·m to 3 kN·m

The best-in-class torque transfer wrenches of the Dm-TS series are the first torque transducers that were specially developed for traceable calibration of torque wrench calibration systems, and which provide excellent compensation of the transverse force exerted during torque execution.

This has allowed the Dm-TS series torque transducers to set standards in metrology. Torque transfer standards of the Dm-TS series fulfil classes 0.1 and 0.2 according to DKD-R-3-7 with maximum precision and also feature moisture protection and temperature compensation. Important features for daily tasks related to traceability of calibrations stations are their user-friendly operation and a lightweight design. High-quality double-shielded measuring leads and a robust aluminium transport case are also included as standard features.

The reference wrenches of the Dm-TS series are extremely insensitive to changes in the lever arm length and also to transverse forces. They feature easy adaptation, standardized connection dimensions and require no additional support. This makes them ideal for the practically oriented calibration of measuring equipment.

Torque transfer wrenches of the Dm-TS series are used for traceability of “torque testers” that are calibrated in accordance with DKD-R 3-8 and for calibration of dial type or click type torque wrenches to the national standard. These calibration devices are used primarily for testing of torque wrenches in repair shops and production lines.
