Special force transducers for testing of concrete testing machines
according to EN12390 (DIN51302-2)
The special force transducers of the DZY series are suitable for assessing concrete compression testing machines according to EN12390 (DIN 51302-2).
The special force sensor of the DZY series, manufactured from high-quality steel in the form of a precision ground full cylinder with standardized connection dimensions, is a special version that is configured and produced to custom requirements. Four strain gauge full bridges distributed evenly and exactly on the perimeter enable reliable and standard-compliant assessment of the force distribution. The robust housing of the special force transducer protects the precision application from damage and moisture even in harsh ambient conditions.
Departing from DIN 51302-2, the special force sensors are available with additional compression plates (up to 2 MN cylindrical, up to 3 MN conical) or additional measuring circuits.
DZY series special force sensors were specially developed for the assessment of concrete compression testing machines in the building materials industry and material testing facilities.
