GTM and the trade fair year 2023: Review and outlook

Strong team - in the current trade fair year 2023, GTM will still be on site at testXpo in Ulm and at SPS in Nuremberg and will be available for questions, requests and exchanges with customers.

Kick-off in Dortmund: For the first time we were exhibitors at SOLIDS. On two days (29 and 30 March) we presented our portfolio with the four product families force transducers, torque transducers, multi-axis transducers and strain gauge measuring amplifiers. By the way, we were the only exhibitor there on the subject of high-precision measurement technology, fully developed and produced in Germany. Our conclusion: Many interesting discussions and a great start to the trade fair year!

Next stop Nuremberg: From 9 to 11 May we were at the SENSOR+TEST: Basically a home game, because the leading trade fair for metrology has always been a set date for us as metrology experts. We were completely in our element and showed the visitors live the wide range of products and services that we have to offer. In personal discussions we clarified open questions and were also able to successfully land some new and very interesting projects. Our Head of R&D Gerhard Schulder opened the expert forum there with a great presentation on our world innovation in multi-component calibration.

From 13 to 15 June, we exhibited at the international Automotive Testing Expo in Stuttgart. Another premiere: We were also there for the first time. There is a growing demand for innovative, high-performance measurement technology in the automotive sector. Multi-axis transducers in particular play a major role in test and measurement stands. They have to be calibrated at regular intervals - a complex and also time-consuming procedure. Fortunately, we know how to do it faster: with our world innovation, an automated multi-axis calibration machine. Here, too, we were able to draw a highly satisfactory conclusion, and Gerhard Schulder's presentation on our world innovation in multi-component calibration was also very well received again.

What happens after the summer break:
We still have two trade fairs on the programme in 2023: testXpo in Ulm (16 - 19 October) and, of course, SPS in Nuremberg (14 - 16 November). In addition to our product portfolio, we will present the current service offers at the two remaining dates, coordinated with the respective trade fair focus. The topics of customising and OEM always provide plenty of material for good discussions: we have always been particularly strong when it comes to finding special solutions for very specific applications.

Will we see you this year? We would be delighted!
