The transformation at GTM continues. After the sales department was restructured at the end of 2020, a lot has already happened with regard to the provision of product information, the ordering options available and also in the organization of our production. Along with this, new employees have been hired in various areas to drive and implement this change.

Let's take a closer look at who joined us!

Martina Orasmaa has been responsible for GTM's marketing since February. Her task is to improve the user experience on the website, to provide new services and ordering options together with the product management, to fill the LinkedIn channel with life or to make GTM better known in the world of metrology.

Ms. Orasmaa was followed by two more new colleagues, Marvin Kraft and Anja Lott. Marvin Kraft is the contact person for our customers in the calibration laboratory. There, he ensures shorter handling times in order processing and is available to the customer as a competent contact person from the beginning to the end of the calibration. Anja Lott, as controller, supports the accounting department and, with her analyses and reports, provides the company management with the data it needs for many decisions. Above all, she ensures greater transparency in the respective departments.

Our new Junior Product Manager Viona Ratz joined the GTM family in May. In her day-to-day work, she deals intensively with current and future customer benefits of our products & services. As the central interface between customers and development, she plays a key role in shaping the future of GTM.

The latest addition is Madeleine Stein. As a sales assistant, she is the contact person for our customers in the back office and supports them in the smooth processing of their inquiries and orders. Even though a lot of information is already available digitally and, for example, force transducers can be individually designed and requested by the customer via our configurator, we are still personally available for our customers for any questions they may have.

We support our own young professionals

With all our new additions, we are also pleased to be able to win old faces for us. Markus Gelhorn, for example, has now moved from being a working student to a permanent employee in our development department. In addition, Janis Blümler, a student at the Technical University of Darmstadt, and Roman Dreessen, two enthusiastic interns, support us. Mr. Blümler is gaining insights into the various areas of our production and is already a welcome support there. Mr. Dreessen gains insights into the various marketing tasks and supports there in different subject areas.

We are happy about the many additions and hope that everyone feels at home with us and finds their way into the GTM family.
